About the Houses
We offer five spacious houses located in the heart of Croatia, in the charming town of Lovinac at the foot of Velebit. If you are looking for a combination of comfort and untouched nature, you'll love staying with us!
Rules
- Maximum number of people per house: 6
- Smoking inside the house is prohibited
- Pets are not allowed
- All service usage rules are available at the Terms and Conditions page.
Arrival/Departure
- Please contact us by phone (+385 91 3042 777) before your reservation starts to arrange the exact arrival time
- If you require additional services such as a baby cot, please contact us in advance
- Check-in time: 16:00h and onwards
- Before departure, please contact your host to return the keys and perform an inventory check
- Check-out time: until 11:00h.
Ground Floor
- All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. Use them strategically to maintain a comfortable temperature in the house
- Fully equipped kitchen with a bar (4 seats) and dining area (6 seats)
- Large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, induction stove, oven, and dishwasher
- If you like coffee, bring your Nespresso® capsules because a coffee machine is waiting for you in the kitchen
- Living room with a pull-out sofa and a large TV
- Bathroom with toilet, shower, and a washing machine
- Garage directly connected to the house
First Floor
- Bedroom with king sized bed and a bathroom
- Bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom
- Each bedroom has a TV and access to a balcony
- Balcony overlooking the garden and pool
Garden, Pool, and BBQ
- Large backyard with a beautiful garden, pool, BBQ area, and terrace
- Pool with sun loungers and shower is shared between two neighboring houses
- Please be respectful and considerate of your neighbors when using shared spaces.

It's always nice to walk to our local cafe. Mustang is a 5-minute walk from the houses. Opening hours may vary.

A small store with basic necessities is a 5-minute walk from the houses. It’s located in the center of Lovinac, next to the cafe.
Playground
The playground is located in the center of Lovinac, next to the store. In the evening, it’s perfect for younger children.
Garbage
Our municipality does not separate waste, so all types of waste go into the bin located behind the last house in the row.

This is one of the hidden treasures of Lovinac. It is located between the Lovinac field and Velebit and can be reached via one of the three beautiful marked paths. You can enjoy making a barbecue or just relaxing in the shade of the trees.

From Lovinac through Sv. Rok – this is where the wonder of 19th-century engineering begins - the Majstorska Road. As you ascend towards Mali Alan, you’ll enjoy views of Lika, and when you cross Mali Alan, you’ll be greeted by a view of the sea!

Debeljača is a mountain located near Lovinac. It is a quarry whose material was used to build the A1 highway. Visit Debeljača Likabike with quads and you will be rewarded with a phenomenal view of our region.
